BethAnne's Clogging Competition

BethAnne's clogging group participated in a clogging competition on Saturday. She and her group did very well, I'm really proud of the progress she has made.

I think she looks so gorgeous in her clogging outfit, complete with hair and makeup.

While we were waiting for BethAnne's turn, BethAnne taught Grace and Joy some dance moves. It was very cute.

Here's a cute picture of photogenic Grace. We had a fun time at the clogging competition. I've been morning sick on and off, but it's been manageable so far. I had a bad cold last week, but it got better really fast and I'm so grateful for that (it's hard to be pregnant and sick :) So life is good here in Boise. We hope you are all well.
Love,
Aubrey

Here's the video I made of her performance. It's not great quality but you get the idea. BethAnne starts out in the back row on the very right, then for awhile she's in the front row on the right. Enjoy!

Michigan and Washington DC

Karie (Brian's little sister) got married in Detroit in November, so we were finally able to make it to Michigan and Washington DC to visit Brian's family and Suzie's family! We had a really wonderful time (despite my yucky morning sickness)...

Brian was determined to see everything there was to see in DC. We didn't get to it all, but Suzie was such a trooper and got us from place to place without a hitch. We wouldn't have been able to do it without her and her cute family! We saw tons of monuments, and walked around the Air and Space Museum, Natural History Museum, Native American Museum, and pretty much everywhere else at the National Mall.

Lincoln Memorial - my favorite monument.

Adam and Cameron at another monument.

The cute kids making a "snow globe" with the leaves that Jeff raked up for them.

Grandpa Llewellyn got out his awesome telescope and showed the boys (and cousin Hunter) some planets and stars. We had a great time in Michigan. The kids loved playing Wii, fishing, and eating too much food with their cousins. Karie's wedding was really nice and it was great to get to know her husband RJ better (I'm not sure where all my pictures of the wedding went...)

February fun...

It's a boy! On Adam's birthday, the boys opened presents for the baby (we had an ultrasound that day, so Adam wanted to give one of his presents to the baby). They thought for sure they'd be opening pink clothes and a baby doll, but they weren't too disappointed to find out it was a brother instead.

Adam had his first friend birthday party. It was a little crazy, but they had fun playing with a "parachute" (tent that worked surprisingly well), cracking open a pinata, and eating cake and ice cream.

We took the boys skiing for the ward ski night. We surprised Adam by letting him have a lesson too. They had a good time taking turns going down the big mountain with Dad. I watched - and picked Adam up off the ground more times than I can count :)

One more of Adam's birthday - I love the look on his face. His brothers made him a Beyblade arena out of legos. He was so happy and grateful to them.

We had a neighbor take the boys' school pictures this year...
