Dear Friends and Family,

We have a new addition to our family. She's an early Christmas present and her name is Daisy! She's a six-month old Bichon Frise. She kind of needs a hair cut, but she's still adorable. The funny thing is that she is kind of scared of children (she's never been around them before), so she's been a little nervous since we met her. She's still really sweet and docile though and I'm sure she'll get comfortable with our family soon. Another funny thing is that she's a little clingy with me, and I'm not exactly known for getting snuggly with animals, so I'm trying new things. Have a very, merry Christmas everyone!

Blog slacker!

We had a fabulous time in New Mexico! Carl and Steph were really great hosts - I don't think I have been able to relax like that in over 9 years. My boys are finally getting old enough to (almost) take care of themselves! Thanksgiving dinner was VERY good. I can't cook - but Stephanie sure can!

I promised Aubrey some pictures of the babies - and here they are! I can't wait to hold them again. I think Brian is slightly regretting the trip to Albuquerque because I am baby obsessed now.

But who wouldn't be? Aren't they darling?!!

We went to 4 Corners on the way home from New Mexico. Kind of cool to stand in all 4 states at the same time, eh? We can't wait to see everyone in a little over a week!

Dear Family and Friends,
We finally got another family portrait taken. It's been a busy few weeks, but now Mark has work off until after Christmas, so let the party begin! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas! I can't wait to see all my siblings and their cute kids after Christmas. Love you guys!

Snow!

 

 

 

We got a bunch of snow in the last couple days and the girls are having lots of fun! BethAnne even got a day off of school which she is so thrilled about. I haven't seen Boise like this for a long time, it's beautiful! The roads are pretty treacherous, so I hope they clear up soon.

The last picture is our old/new family tradition. When we were growing up, my Mom filled 25 bags with treats for each day until Christmas. Now I've inherited the bags and I'm excited to continue the tradition, my kids are very excited too. Have a great day!
